Shipping

We ship worldwide from Istanbul, Turkey. Every hide is carefully rolled, wrapped in protective kraft paper, and shipped in a reinforced tube to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

• USA & Canada: 5–8 business days
• Europe: 3–5 business days
• UK: 3–5 business days
• Rest of World: 7–14 business days

Free shipping on all orders over $300 USD. Orders under 300 USD are subject to a flat shipping fee calculated at checkout.

All orders are shipped via DHL Express or FedEx with full tracking.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Debbacowhide is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns

Because every hide is one of a kind and individually photographed, we take great care to show you exactly what you will receive. We do not accept returns based on natural variation in color, pattern or size — these are features, not defects.

We accept returns only in the following cases:

• The item arrived damaged
• The item received is materially different from what was photographed

To initiate a return, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@debbacowhide.com with your order number and photos of the issue. Approved returns must be shipped back within 7 days in original packaging.
