Distance Sales Agreement

This agreement applies to orders placed by consumers in Turkey and is governed by Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation. A summary in English is provided below; the Turkish version prevails.

1. Parties

Buyer: The person whose name, address, phone number and email address are entered in the order form.

2. Subject

The sale and delivery of the product ordered by the Buyer on debbacowhide.com, and the rights and obligations of the parties under Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

3. Product and price

The product's main characteristics (type, size, colour, serial number), quantity, price including VAT, payment method and delivery details are shown in the order summary and in the order confirmation sent by email. Each hide is a one-of-a-kind natural product; the photographed hide is the one delivered. Natural variation in colour, pattern and size is not a defect.

4. Payment

Payment is made by credit or debit card through the PayTR secure payment system. Prices include VAT. Any shipping fee is shown separately in the order summary.

5. Delivery

The product is shipped within the legal maximum of 30 days, usually within 1–3 business days of order confirmation, via Yurtiçi Kargo, Aras Kargo or DHL to the address given by the Buyer.

6. Right of withdrawal

The Buyer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason and without penalty, by notifying the Seller by email (hello@debbacowhide.com), WhatsApp (+90 546 964 49 31) or phone.

7. Returns

The product must be sent back within 10 days of the withdrawal notice. Designated carriers for returns within Turkey: Yurtiçi Kargo and Aras Kargo. Returns sent with these carriers using the return code provided by the Seller are free of charge for the Buyer. If the Buyer chooses another carrier, the return cost is borne by the Buyer. The product must be unused, in its original packaging and in resalable condition.

8. Refund

The Seller refunds all payments received, including any delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice, using the original payment method.

9. Exceptions

All products are sold from ready-made stock; the custom-made goods exception does not apply.

10. Defective goods

Under Article 11 of Law No. 6502, the Buyer may choose to withdraw from the contract, request a price reduction, free repair or replacement with a defect-free equivalent.

11. Disputes

Consumer Arbitration Committees within the monetary limits announced annually by the Ministry of Trade, and Consumer Courts above those limits, have jurisdiction.

12. Entry into force

By confirming the order, the Buyer declares having read and accepted the Pre-Information Form and this agreement. The agreement enters into force on the date the order is confirmed.
