This form is provided to consumers in Turkey before the order is placed, as required by the Distance Contracts Regulation. A summary in English is provided below; the Turkish version prevails.

2. Main characteristics of the product

Genuine Brazilian cowhide rugs. Type, size, colour, serial number and price of the ordered product are shown on the product page and in the order summary. Each hide is unique; the photographed hide is the one delivered. Natural variation in colour, pattern and size is a characteristic of genuine hide and not a defect.

3. Total price

The total price including all taxes, and any shipping fee, is shown in the order summary before payment.

4. Payment and delivery

Payment by credit or debit card via PayTR. Shipping within the legal maximum of 30 days, usually within 1–3 business days, via Yurtiçi Kargo, Aras Kargo or DHL.

5. Right of withdrawal

You may withdraw within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason, by notifying us by email, WhatsApp or phone. The product must be returned within 10 days of your notice, unused, in its original packaging and in resalable condition.

6. Return shipping

Designated return carriers within Turkey: Yurtiçi Kargo and Aras Kargo. Returns sent with these carriers using our return code are free of charge. If you choose another carrier, the return cost is yours.

7. Refund

All payments received, including any delivery costs, are refunded within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the original payment method.

8. Complaints and disputes

Complaints: hello@debbacowhide.com or +90 212 424 02 24. Consumer Arbitration Committees (within the annual monetary limits) and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction.
