Return & Right of Withdrawal Policy — Debbacowhide

This policy reflects Turkish consumer protection law — Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you (or a third party you named) receive the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform Debbacowhide of your decision by a clear written statement (email or phone — see contact details below) before the 14-day period expires.

Exceptions

All Debbacowhide products are sold from standard, ready-made stock — we do not produce custom-cut or made-to-measure items. Because of this, the standard "custom-made goods" exception to the right of withdrawal does not apply; the 14-day right of withdrawal applies to all products.

Return Process

1. Products must be returned unused and in resalable condition, together with the invoice.
2. Returns within Turkey are free when sent with Yurtiçi Kargo or Aras Kargo using our return code; international return shipping is paid by the customer.
3. Once the returned product is received, the refund will be issued within 14 days, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Defective Goods

If a defect appears within 30 days of delivery, the customer may request a free repair, replacement with a defect-free equivalent, a price reduction, or cancellation of the contract.
