1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the debbacowhide.com website and any purchase you make through it. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products

Debbacowhide sells cowhide rugs, leather goods, and related home decor items. All products are sold from standard, ready-made stock — no custom-cut or made-to-measure production. Because natural hide products vary piece to piece, minor variation in color, pattern, and size from product photos is normal and does not constitute a defect.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Debbacowhide reserves the right to correct pricing errors before an order is confirmed. Payment is processed securely at checkout; Debbacowhide does not store your full payment card details.

4. Orders & Order Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. Debbacowhide may decline or cancel an order (e.g., stock unavailability, pricing error, suspected fraud), in which case any payment taken will be refunded in full.

5. Shipping

Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Returns are governed by our separate Return & Right of Withdrawal Policy. In summary: a 14-day right of withdrawal applies to all products; returns within Turkey are free when sent with Yurtiçi Kargo or Aras Kargo using our return code; international return shipping is paid by the customer.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — text, images, logos, product photography — is the property of Debbacowhide or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Debbacowhide is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or its products. This does not limit any liability that cannot be excluded under Turkish consumer protection law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Turkish courts and Consumer Arbitration Committees, in line with Law No. 6502.
