Shipping

We ship worldwide from Istanbul, Turkey. Every hide is carefully rolled, wrapped in protective kraft paper, and shipped in a reinforced tube to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

USA & Canada: 5–8 business days
Europe: 3–5 business days
UK: 3–5 business days
Rest of World: 7–14 business days

Free shipping within Turkey. International orders: flat $150 shipping with duties included (DDP), free on orders of 3 or more hides.

All orders are shipped via DHL Express or FedEx with full tracking.

Customs & Import Duties

All international orders ship Delivered Duties Paid (DDP): import duties and taxes are paid by us, so there is nothing to pay at delivery.

Returns

You have the right to return any item within 14 days of delivery, for any reason — no need to justify your decision. This applies to all products, including natural variation in color, pattern, or size, which is a normal characteristic of genuine hide and not a defect in itself.

To initiate a return, contact us at hello@debbacowhide.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number. The item must be returned unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Returns within Turkey are free when sent with Yurtiçi Kargo or Aras Kargo using our return code; international return shipping is paid by the customer.

Once we receive the returned item, your refund will be issued within 10 business days via the original payment method.

If an item arrives damaged or is materially different from what was photographed, contact us immediately with photos — these cases are handled as a priority and may qualify for additional support beyond the standard return process.
